Galaxy Reef Junior is a compact children's sit on top kayak made specifically for young paddlers aged 6 to 12. The Galaxy Reef Junior is a scaled down version of the popular Reef model, adapted to a child's weight and strength. The 194.5 cm long hull weighs just 12 kg, so a child can help carry the kayak to the water, and the complete set (a seat with backrest, a two piece paddle and bungee nets) ensures safe fun on the water from day one.

As it nears 55 kg, the kayak sits lower and becomes slower. For a heavier or older child, an adult Galaxy Reef Adult kayak with a 130 kg load capacity is a better fit.
