Galaxy Kayaks Tracker is a heavily padded seat for kayak or compatible paddle board users who want more comfortable support, a higher seating position and a practical place for gear. The larger backrest and thick seat cushion keep you comfortable on longer outings. The model is especially useful for fishing or longer paddles, when it matters to see your surroundings clearly and keep frequently used items at hand.

A more comfortable, higher seating position

The seat uses a high density foam cushion about 7.6 cm thick. It lifts you off the bottom of the kayak, which improves visibility and reduces direct contact with water collecting in the hull. This design gives you part of the benefit of a high seat while keeping the stable feel of a lower seating position.

Practical construction and storage

A zip on the underside of the seat gives access to the foam insert, which can be removed or replaced when needed. The backpack built into the backrest has room for small fishing items, snacks or personal belongings. Mounting straps with metal hooks fasten the seat to suitable attachment points on your craft. The soft surfaces spread the support across the seat and back, and the backpack means you do not need separate deck space for frequently used small items.

Compatibility and use

The seat suits kayaks and paddle boards whose construction has suitably placed seat attachment points. Before buying, compare your kayak or paddle board attachment points with the layout of the seat straps. After fitting, adjust the tension of all the straps so the backrest holds the angle you want and the seat does not shift.

Care after use

After use in salt or dirty water, rinse the seat with fresh water and let it dry completely. For longer storage, leave the zipped compartments slightly open so moisture does not build up inside.
