NRS packraft inflation bag is a lightweight inflation bag for inflating an NRS packraft without a large pump. This NRS packraft accessory helps you fill the main air chamber faster and save travel gear weight. Before buying, check compatibility with your packraft and its attachment points, as different models may come with a different base setup.

"NRSEasy inflation on the trip
Fill the bag with air by opening the top wide, then fold the opening over and gently squeeze the air into the chamber. For the final pressure, use an inflation tube or a suitable pump.

20D ripstop nylon for low weight

The 20D ripstop fabric is chosen to keep the bag light and compact when packed. It is meant for the initial inflation of a packraft, when you want to cut the weight of a pump on a hike or trip. The bag doesn't deliver the final working pressure as precisely as a pump, so check the packraft's firmness before you paddle.

"NRSValve adapter
Before use, the adapter must be seated properly in the packraft valve. If the valve is open or has sand in it, air can escape back out, so check that it is clean and in the right position.

Who is it for?

This accessory suits hikers, cyclists and other travelers who want a lightweight way to inflate a packraft. It is sold separately, so it shouldn't be treated as part of the packraft's base kit unless the manufacturer of your specific model says otherwise. Before fitting or using it, read the manufacturer's instructions and check that the part is undamaged.

    Use and care

Don't drag the bag over sharp surfaces, and keep it away from open flame and hot objects. Before packing, check that the fabric and adapter are dry. After use we recommend rinsing it with fresh water, drying it fully and storing it in a dry place. Regular inspection helps you spot wear, damaged attachments or built-up dirt in time.

A simple, lightweight accessory that gets you on the water sooner when you don't want to carry a larger pump on the trip.

Before every trip, take a few minutes to check the condition of the fittings, straps and material. This habit helps you use the accessory as intended and avoid nasty surprises on the trip.
