M-TAC Large Assault Pack Laser Cut 36 l tactical backpack

M-TAC Large Assault Pack Laser Cut 36 l tactical backpack is a 36 litre tactical backpack with an updated Laser Cut MOLLE system. It is the same roomy Large Assault Pack design, but instead of traditional stitched MOLLE webbing it uses laser cut slots. The result is 500 g less weight and a cleaner, more modern outer design.

Laser Cut MOLLE technology

A traditional MOLLE system consists of separate nylon webbing strips stitched onto the surface of the backpack. In the Laser Cut version these strips are replaced with precisely laser cut slots in the material itself. Accessories attach in exactly the same way, but the backpack itself is lighter because no extra material or stitching is needed. Besides the weight advantage, the Laser Cut surface collects less dirt and moisture, so the backpack is easier to clean and maintain.

The same space, less weight

The dimensions (51x29x28 cm) and the 36 litre capacity are identical to the standard Large Assault Pack. The interior neatly holds several days of clothing, gear and supplies. However, the total weight of the backpack is only 1600 g, compared with 2100 g for the standard model. That 500 g difference is noticeable on longer trips, when every extra gram on your shoulders counts.

Construction and materials

The backpack is made of 100% polyester. Although Laser Cut technology removes the extra stitching, the material and the basic construction are just as sturdy as in the standard version. The reinforced bottom and shoulder strap attachment points mean the backpack will withstand intense everyday use.

Why choose the Laser Cut version

If every gram matters to you but you do not want to give up capacity, the Large Assault Pack Laser Cut is a logical choice. It is especially suited to longer hikes, where weight becomes a critical factor, and to anyone who prefers a more modern, cleaner backpack design with no hanging webbing.

The M-TAC Large Assault Pack Laser Cut 36 l tactical backpack offers a strong balance of space and weight among 36 litre tactical backpacks. Lighter and more practical, but just as sturdy.
