Delivery
We deliver across Lithuania, the Baltic states, Poland and other EU countries. The delivery cost depends on the size of the item and the delivery zone. You'll see the exact price when you place your order.
Delivery options in Lithuania:
- Pickup from our warehouse in Kaunas (free, by appointment).
- LP Express parcel locker (small items up to 10 kg).
- DPD Pickup point.
- Courier delivery to your door (accessories and kayaks).
Delivery times are shown in each product description. Standard delivery in Lithuania: 1-4 working days. Kayaks and other bulky items may take up to 5 working days.
Please check your parcel on delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, record it with the courier and contact us straight away.
Returns
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- Faulty items are returned at our expense.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Warranty
2-year warranty on all products (for consumers, under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). For businesses, the manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or unauthorised modifications.

Safety on the water
Water sports equipment is used at the buyer's own responsibility. You must follow the manufacturer's instructions, wear a life jacket and assess the weather and water conditions. If you have any questions about safe use, you can always contact us.
