Ultraline Flipper drive
The standard Flipper system moves you smoothly through the water with your legs, without making noise or spooking fish. Anti-slip surfaces give solid footing, and the Flipper mechanism works quietly and efficiently. For more power, you can choose the Cyclone Pedal Drive with forward and reverse (sold separately).

Design and stability
The 375 cm hull glides more easily and reaches higher speeds with the Flipper drive. The 89 cm width keeps you stable while fishing, using the fish finder or landing a catch. Rotomolded HDPE construction is durable and impact resistant. The Galaxy Wildcat suits coastal sea waters as well as freshwater lakes and rivers.

Storage and accessories
A central sealed hatch with a waterproof lid protects valuable gear from water. Next to it, a sealed rubber hatch gives quick access to small items. Six well-placed universal tracks let you mount fish finders, cameras, extra rod holders or other accessories to suit you.

Rear tank well and transport
A roomy rear tank well with bungee cords gives quick access to frequently used gear and holds it securely in waves. A front hatch adds extra storage. Five sturdy carry handles make transport easier, and a two-piece aluminium paddle is included.

Why do load zones matter?

Maximum load capacity of the Galaxy Wildcat FX3: 231 kg. The base weight of the kayak with the Ultraline Flipper system and Galaxy High Chair seat is about 51 kg. It performs best with a total load of 135-185 kg.

Green zone (135-185 kg): Kayak 51 kg + paddler 90 kg + gear 30 kg = 171 kg: ideal balance, best stability, optimal Flipper performance

Blue zone (below 135 kg): Kayak 51 kg + paddler 70 kg + gear 10 kg = 131 kg: too light, less stable in waves or wind

Red zone (185-231 kg): Kayak 51 kg + paddler 110 kg + gear 50 kg = 211 kg: safe under CE, but less manoeuvrable and lower Flipper efficiency
