  • Order data: first name, last name, email, phone number, delivery address.
  • Payment data: processed by the payment service provider (Paysera). We do not store it.
  • Cookies: for website operation and analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Communication: your email address, if you agreed to receive our newsletter.

3. How we use your data

  • To process and deliver orders (legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • For invoicing and accounting (legal basis: legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as far as needed to provide our services: courier services (DPD, LP Express, Omniva), payment service providers (Paysera), our email platform (Brevo) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).

5. Retention periods

Order data is kept for 5 years (for accounting purposes). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Cookie data is kept for the lifetime of each cookie (up to 2 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict processing, transfer your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, ada.lt).

8. Microsoft Clarity

With your consent to statistics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to analyse how the website is used. This service may record page views, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, technical information and anonymised or pseudonymised session recordings. We use this data to analyse website performance, usability and technical issues. Microsoft states that Clarity session data is available to the website administrator for up to 30 days.

In the European Economic Area, the service is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. When providing Clarity, Microsoft acts as an independent data controller and processes data under its own privacy statement. According to Microsoft, Clarity data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. In some cases data may be transferred to Microsoft group companies outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
