The whole hull is made of Full Drop-Stitch material inflated to 12 PSI, one of the higher pressure ratings among inflatable kayaks.

Two laminated PVC layers with thousands of polyester threads between them form a monolithic structure that becomes completely firm and does not flex at 12 PSI. The 385 cm long and 81 cm wide hull weighs just 15.8 kg, lighter than most hard shell kayaks in a similar class.
