NRS Rapid Rescuer PFD
A professional life jacket made for swiftwater rescue teams. The NRS Rapid Rescuer is not an ordinary jacket. It is a full rescue tool with an integrated quick-release harness, high buoyancy and a construction adapted to extreme situations. Certified to EN ISO 12402-5, 50N buoyancy.
Rescue system
An integrated 2-inch quick-release rescue harness with a stainless steel D-ring. Made for the live bait method and other swiftwater rescue operations. The webbing creates a restraint that minimizes risk to the rescuer. Integrated attachment points for leg straps (sold separately).
Construction and materials
The 400D ripstop nylon withstands hooks, debris and the abrasion unavoidable in rescue operations. The four-panel chest design gives freedom of movement, and a thinner foam panel on the back doesn't get in the way of sitting in a boat seat. A silicone-coated inner strap keeps the jacket from riding up.
Fit and safety features
The Universal Plus size fits chest circumferences from 76 to 147 cm. Eight adjustment points (4 side, 2 shoulder, 2 waist) let you fit it precisely to any build. SOLAS reflective elements ensure visibility in night operations. Hook-and-loop patches on the chest and back are for service identification. Two front pockets with internal organizer compartments and webbing attachment points.
