NRS Big Water V Youth PFD

NRS Big Water V Youth PFD

A high buoyancy youth jacket made for serious water challenges. The NRS Big Water V Youth takes the design of the adult version and adapts it for teenagers weighing 50 to 70 kg. Rafting, canoe slalom, fast rivers. When standard buoyancy is not enough, this jacket gives extra safety. Certified to EN ISO 12402-5, 50N buoyancy.

High buoyancy for young paddlers

The Big Water V Youth has more buoyancy than standard youth jackets. The buoyancy collar keeps the head above water even in rough conditions. This matters especially for teenagers, who do not yet have the body mass and strength of an adult to fight a strong current.

Quick, reliable fastening

Four front buckles let you fasten up quickly even with gloves or wet hands. That matters in fast water, where every second can count. The buckles are sturdy and corrosion resistant.

Precise adjustment for a growing body

10 adjustment points (4 side, 2 shoulder, 2 waist and 2 extra) let you fit the jacket precisely to a teenager's changing body. The high profile back design works with kayak and raft seats. Leg strap loops (straps sold separately) give extra security in fast water.
