The NuCanoe QuickConnect EPS with hand steering is a plug and play motor mounting system made specially for the NuCanoe kayak rail system. It lets you attach a Newport or Torqeedo electric motor with no drilling or screws, control its direction and lift it straight from the seat.
The system gives precise control of the motor position and has an integrated throttle holder, so you do not have to lean forward or get up. The kick up mechanism automatically releases the motor when it hits an obstacle, protecting it from damage in shallow water or weeds.
Compatible with three NuCanoe models: Flint (model no. #1711), U10 (#1714) and Unlimited (#1716). Installation takes a few minutes and needs no extra modifications. Made in the USA.
