✔ Phase 3 AirPro seatairbag and backrest for long days on the water.
✔ Four rod holderstwo active front, two rear for backup.
✔ 136 kg lifting capacitysuitable for a fisherman up to 100 kg with full fishing equipment.
✔ Gen2 polyethyleneresistant to impact and UV exposure.
Wilderness Systems RIDE 115 ADVANCE Angler
The RIDE 115 ADVANCE Angler is a logical step up from the base ADVANCE model, featuring the same platform geometry and Phase 3 AirPro seat, but with the addition of a factory-installed fishing net. The difference between the ADVANCE and the ADVANCE Angler is not the price, but the package of accessories that you would otherwise have to add separately.
351 cm long and 86 cm wide platform, 36 kg weight, 136 kg lifting capacity. These are the technical specifications that do not differ from the basic ADVANCE, but in the Angler version everything for fishing is already provided.
Key features
✔ Railblaza track systemBoth sides are equipped with aluminum track beams that accept Railblaza standard connectors. Sounder mount, flashlight base, additional rod holder, all attach without drilling.
✔ Phase 3 AirPro seatidentical to the basic ADVANCE: airbag, adjustable backrest curve, five-point harness. Fishing days that last 8 hours or more no longer feel like back punishment.
✔ Integrated rod holdersThe ADVANCE Angler has additional fixed rod holders, more than in the basic ADVANCE version, at least four attachment points for actively used rods.
✔ Fishing crate zoneThe deck area at the front and rear is designed to accommodate a standard fishing box without additional configuration.
✔ Gen2 polyethyleneDouble-density polyethylene alloy that absorbs impacts from rocks and shallows.
Hull and stability
The RIDE 115 ADVANCE Angler uses the same WS sit-on-top base as all RIDE 115 variants: a flat bottom with a V-keel bow and wide sides with an extended balance zone. The 86 cm width gives a firm stance for fishing, even when the angler leans over while pulling in a fish.
Railblaza tracks do not change the hull's center of gravity, they are mounted horizontally at or slightly above the waterline, so stability remains the same as in the basic ADVANCE.
Weight and load zones
Maximum load capacity: 136 kg. Optimal operating range for anglers weighing 65–100 kg.
Green zone (70–95 kg): full stability, easy handling, all Railblaza accessories work optimally.
Blue zone (below 60 kg): the kayak sits high and paddling is easier, but accessories may wobble a little.
Red zone (over 115 kg): We recommend the RIDE 115 X MAX Angler (159 kg max), a wider and more robust platform.
ADVANCE Angler vs basic ADVANCE, practical difference
If you plan on working with a sonar, rod carrier rack or additional waterproof sickle, the ADVANCE Angler saves time and money: the tracks are already installed, the attachment points are ready. The basic ADVANCE is a better choice for those who plan to use as few accessories as possible or already have their own Railblaza connectors from a previous kayak.
Who the RIDE 115 ADVANCE Angler suits
For mid-level kayak anglers who already know what they want from a platform but are not yet ready to invest in the X or X MAX level. Very well suited to ponds, the lower reaches of rivers and shallow coastal fishing with a fish finder and a few rods.
