JBAY Kayak V-Shape Duo

JBAY V-Shape Duo: a two seater sport inflatable kayak with Full Drop-Stitch

The JBAY Kayak V-Shape Duo is a two seater sport inflatable kayak designed for couples and partners who want to share the paddling experience without losing sporty performance. The 426 cm hull with Full Drop-Stitch technology, inflated to 12 PSI, creates a monolithic structure that matches a hardshell kayak.

Full Drop-Stitch construction for a tandem kayak

The JBAY V-Shape Duo uses Drop-Stitch technology throughout the hull, in both the floor and the side walls. At 12 PSI it creates a completely rigid structure that does not flex even with two paddlers (up to 231 kg total). The two seater hull weighs 19.7 kg, much less than a hardshell kayak of the same length and capacity. PVC laminated Drop-Stitch ensures scratch resistance and durability.

Handling and stability

At 426 cm long and 89 cm wide, the JBAY V-Shape Duo has a semi closed structure with low side walls. This design reduces wind resistance, which matters especially in a long two seater kayak where the wind effect can be noticeable. The US Box fin system gives professional level tracking and side stability. The flat floor gives reliable initial stability even for less experienced paddlers.

Who is the V-Shape Duo for?

Ideal for couples and friends who want a sport level two seater inflatable kayak for trips at sea, on lakes or calm rivers. The JBAY V-Shape Duo offers a 231 kg load capacity, which means two adults with gear will fit comfortably. The semi closed structure protects against spray, and the compact wheeled bag makes transport easy.
