How to choose the size

The Baltic Paddler comes in three sizes by body weight:

• S — 30-50 kg
• M — 50-70 kg
• L From 70 kg

Choose the size by your body weight. The buoyancy aid should fit snugly to your body but not restrict breathing or movement. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
