JBAY Kayak 330

JBAY Kayak 330: a single inflatable kayak with Full Drop-Stitch technology

The JBAY Kayak 330 is a single Full Drop-Stitch inflatable kayak for paddlers who want performance close to a hardshell kayak with the convenience of an inflatable. The compact 330 cm hull with 10 PSI high pressure construction weighs just 14 kg and fits in a wheeled carry bag.

Full Drop-Stitch construction

The JBAY Kayak 330 uses Drop-Stitch technology throughout the hull, in the floor and the side walls. It is the top technology class among inflatable kayaks: two PVC laminated layers with thousands of polyester threads create a monolithic structure that becomes completely rigid at 10 PSI. Unlike hybrid models, there are no soft tube sides here: the whole hull is equally stiff and does not flex.

Stability and manoeuvrability

At 330 cm long and 78 cm wide, the JBAY Kayak 330 has a flat floor that gives excellent initial stability. The bow is raised above the waterline, and the narrow profile underneath works like a knife, cutting through the water and reducing drag. A removable centre Slide fin helps it track. High, narrow side walls give room to paddle and protect against spray. The kayak has 3 independent air chambers with high pressure valves (bayonet fitting) for extra safety.

Who is the JBAY Kayak 330 for?

We recommend this model for beginners and intermediate paddlers looking for a compact, light and reliable single kayak. The JBAY Kayak 330 carries up to 165 kg and is great for lakes, the sea coast and calm rivers. Its compact 330 cm length makes it easy to handle and ideal for a single paddler.
