JBAY.ZONE is an inflatable paddle board maker with Italian roots, headquartered in Milan. The company builds boards with a clear philosophy: every board should be ready to use straight away, with no extra spending on accessories. Every JBAY.ZONE board comes with a full set: paddle, pump, bag, leash and fins.

Since 2026, VAKA Sport has been the official JBAY.ZONE dealer in Lithuania. In our store you will find five models from three different lines, covering a price range from 199 to 399 EUR.

JBAY.ZONE SUP set

Why JBAY.ZONE and not a cheap SUP from a marketplace?

The inflatable paddle board market is dominated by two extremes: cheap no-name models and expensive European brands above 600 EUR. JBAY.ZONE fills the niche between them: models designed at an Italian design studio in Milan, with heat-welded rails and Dual Layer Fusion technology, yet priced from 199 EUR with a full set.

The main difference from cheap boards is build quality. The cheapest models use only glue to join the seams, which can break down after a few seasons from UV and temperature swings. JBAY.ZONE uses thermal welding technology (TRT or RRT 2.0), which bonds the materials at a molecular level without relying on glue. That means a longer service life and greater stiffness.

JBAY.ZONE paddle board lines

JBAY.ZONE makes five different SUP board lines, each made for a different type and level of paddler. In our store you will currently find three lines: Kame, Delta and Comet.

JBAY Kame K260 SUP

The Kame line: for beginners

Kame is JBAY.ZONE's entry line, with a design inspired by Maori culture. These boards are light and intuitive to handle, which matters especially for people stepping onto a SUP board for the first time.

Construction: Single Layer PVC laminated Drop-Stitch with a TRT (Thermal Weld Rail) heat-welded rail. The single-layer construction keeps the weight especially low (only 7.9 kg for the Kame K260), while the TRT rail makes sure the sides' strength is not sacrificed for lightness.

JBAY Kame K260 an all-round board for beginners. 330 cm long, 76 cm wide, 270 liters of volume. Capacity up to 145 kg. A choice of three colors: orange, petrol and yellow. Price with the full set: 199 EUR.

JBAY Kame KX260 the same Kame K260, but with a kayak seat included. That means you can paddle standing like on a SUP, and when you are tired or want to fish, fit the seat and sit like in a kayak. Price with the full set and seat: 279 EUR.

Ideal for: beginners, families with children, and people up to 100 kg who want to start paddling comfortably and affordably.

JBAY Delta D3 SUP

The Delta line: elegant geometric SUPs

The Delta line features a geometric design and a longboard-style shape. These boards are made for beginners and leisure paddlers who want a little more than the basic models.

Construction: PVC laminated Drop-Stitch with a TRT heat-welded rail. Compared with the Kame, the Delta is thicker (15 cm) and has a higher capacity.

JBAY Delta D2 a 320 cm (10'6") long all-around board. Suits both calm paddling and more active outings. Price with the full set: 299 EUR.

JBAY Delta D3 the 350 cm (11'6") long version. A longer board means better glide and stability on the water, especially for larger paddlers. Price with the full set: 329 EUR.

Ideal for: beginners who want a more solidly built board than the basic model, and mid-weight paddlers (70 to 100 kg).

JBAY Comet J3 SUP

The Comet line: for intermediate and advanced paddlers

JBAY.ZONE Comet J2 SUP

Comet is JBAY.ZONE's top line in our range. It uses 2LF Fusion (Dual Layer Fusion) technology and the latest RRT 2.0 (Reinforced Rail Technology) rail with a triple heat-welded layer.

How does it differ from the Kame and Delta? It all starts with the construction. 2LF Fusion means the second PVC layer is heat-fused to the first, without glue. This increases stiffness and durability while saving up to 25% in weight compared with traditional glued double-layer construction. The RRT 2.0 rail further reinforces the sides with a triple heat-welded layer.

JBAY Comet J3 a 350 cm (11'6") long, 81 cm wide, 15 cm thick Advanced All Around board. 338 liters of volume and 160 kg capacity. It weighs only 11 kg. The set includes a fiberglass paddle (not aluminum as on cheaper models), a double-action pump with a pressure gauge, a bag, a leash and a repair kit.

The Comet J3 has excellent tracking. A single center slide-in fin and an elongated waterline reduce the zigzag effect, so you need to switch paddling sides less often. This matters especially on longer routes, where every unnecessary correction stroke means extra fatigue.

Price with the full set: 399 EUR.

Ideal for: paddlers with 1+ season of experience who want a faster, stiffer and longer-lasting board. Also suits ambitious beginners who do not want to buy a second board after one season.

JBAY.ZONE technologies: what do TRT, 2LF and RRT 2.0 mean?

The quality of inflatable paddle boards depends directly on two things: how the layers are joined and how the rail (the side of the board) is made. JBAY.ZONE uses three different technologies depending on the line.

TRT: Thermal Weld Rail

Used in the Kame and Delta lines. The first rail layer is heat-bonded to the board body, and a second reinforcing layer is placed on top. The result is a stronger rail than the traditional fully glued version, because structural glue, which can break down over time, plays a smaller role here.

2LF: Dual Layer Fusion

Used in the Comet line. The second layer of PVC laminated Drop-Stitch is heat-fused to the first without glue. The benefit is twofold: greater stiffness and lower weight (up to 25% lighter than traditional double-layer construction).

RRT 2.0: Reinforced Rail Technology

The technology of the latest 2026 collection, used in the Comet line. Three layers are heat-welded on top of each other: the first is glued to the board, the second heat-welded onto the first, and the third finishes the surface. The result is an extremely strong rail that will withstand heavy use for many seasons.

Which JBAY.ZONE model is right for me?

The choice comes down to three factors: your weight, your experience and how you plan to use it.

By weight

Up to 75 kg: any model works great. The Kame K260 will be the lightest and cheapest option. 75 to 100 kg: the Delta D3 or Comet J3 will be more stable thanks to their greater length and volume. Over 100 kg: the Comet J3, with a 160 kg capacity and 338 L of volume, is the best choice.

By experience level

First board: the Kame K260 (199 EUR) or Delta D2 (299 EUR). Both models are forgiving and will help you learn the basics. A second board, or for an ambitious beginner: the Comet J3 (399 EUR). An investment that lets you progress without needing to change boards. Regular paddler: the Comet J3, with its fiberglass paddle and RRT 2.0 construction, gives the best paddling experience in this price range.

By use

Calm paddling on a lake: the Kame K260, light, cheap and simple. Longer routes (5 to 15 km): the Delta D3 or Comet J3, for better glide and tracking. SUP + kayak in one: the Kame KX260 with seat, two activities in one purchase. A family with a child: the Kame K260 or KX260, with plenty of volume and stability, and room to seat a child at the front.

What do I get when I buy a JBAY.ZONE board?

Every model comes with a full set. You do not need to buy anything extra.

In the Kame and Delta set: a height-adjustable aluminum telescopic paddle (165 to 210 cm), a transport bag, a double-action pump, a safety leash, a center slide-in fin and a repair kit.

In the Comet J3 set: a height-adjustable fiberglass telescopic paddle (a paddle with a fiberglass shaft, lighter and stiffer than aluminum), a transport bag with shoulder straps, a Bravo double-action pump with a pressure gauge and a Single/Double Action selector, a Comet-colored safety leash, a center slide-in fin and a repair kit.

The main difference: the Comet J3 paddle has a fiberglass shaft, which is lighter and transfers power more efficiently than aluminum. On longer paddles this noticeably reduces fatigue.

JBAY.ZONE or Amber: which is better for beginners?

This is the question we get most often. Both brands offer good beginner boards, but they differ in a few ways.

Amber boards use Single Layer construction with a standard glued rail. They are light and affordable: the Amber Ace 10.0 Lite costs from 189 EUR. It is a good choice if budget is the most important factor.

The JBAY.ZONE Kame K260 (199 EUR) costs only 10 EUR more but has a heat-welded TRT rail. In practice that means a longer service life, because the seams are more resistant to UV and temperature swings. The JBAY.ZONE set also comes with a bag with shoulder straps, which is easier to carry.

If you are looking at the mid-price segment (300 to 400 EUR), the JBAY.ZONE Comet J3 (399 EUR) with 2LF Fusion technology and a fiberglass paddle offers considerably more than any Amber model in the same price range.

Our recommendation: for a first board on a limited budget, both are good. If you want a board that will last longer and let you progress, choose JBAY.ZONE.

JBAY.ZONE care and tips

An inflatable paddle board needs minimal care:

Rinse with fresh water after every use. If you paddled at sea or in salty water, this is essential, as salt damages PVC and seams.

Dry it before folding. A wet board in a bag = mold.

Do not leave it inflated in direct sunlight. UV weakens PVC. If you leave it on the beach, let some air out.

Protect the rail and deck from sharp objects: glass, rocks and fishing hooks.

Inflate to the manufacturer's recommended pressure: Kame and Delta 15 PSI, Comet 18 to 20 PSI. Do not over-inflate.

Lithuania has great conditions for SUP. The most popular spots:

Kaunas Reservoir: spacious, calm and easy to reach by car. Great for longer routes with the Comet J3.

Frequently asked questions about JBAY.ZONE paddle boards

Is JBAY.ZONE an Italian company?

Yes. JBAY.ZONE belongs to the Italian company Move Up Zone Srl, registered in Milan (Via Cappuccini 4, 20122 Milano). The boards are designed in Italy, and production follows Italian quality standards.

How does JBAY.ZONE differ from cheap marketplace paddle boards?

Three main differences: a heat-welded rail (instead of only glued), higher-quality materials with Drop-Stitch fabric, and a full set with all the accessories you need. With cheap marketplace models you often get a plastic paddle and a low-quality pump that will need replacing after the first season.

What warranty do JBAY.ZONE paddle boards have?

All JBAY.ZONE boards bought through VAKA Sport carry a standard 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, seam problems and material faults.

Can a JBAY.ZONE board be turned into a kayak?

Yes, the Kame KX260 already comes with a kayak seat. Other models can also be converted: a kayak seat is bought separately and attaches to the D-rings on the board's deck.

How long does it take to inflate a JBAY.ZONE board?

With the included double-action pump, about 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the model and the pressure you want. The Comet J3 with the Bravo pump and Single/Double Action selector takes about 10 minutes to reach 18 to 20 PSI.

Is a JBAY.ZONE board suitable for fishing?

A SUP board is not a specialized fishing tool, but JBAY.ZONE models, especially the wider Comet J3 and Delta D3, can be used for calm fishing on lakes. The Kame KX260 with a seat is the most comfortable option, as you can sit like in a kayak. If fishing is your main goal, we recommend looking at specialized fishing kayaks or the NRS Clipper SUP board, which is made specifically for fishing.

Is it safe to paddle without a life vest?

We recommend always wearing a life vest when paddling, especially farther from shore or on moving water. In our store you will find lightweight WALLYS buoyancy vests and professional NRS veststhat do not restrict your movement when paddling.

Summary

JBAY.ZONE fills an important niche in the Lithuanian SUP market: Italian-designed paddle boards with heat-welded rails and professional-level technology, at an affordable price of 199 to 399 EUR with a full set.
