The JBAY Abys is an inflatable SUP board from the Artistica collection, created in collaboration with the artist Abys. The work is inspired by the ocean world: bright colours and organic shapes make a lively composition of marine motifs on the board's surface. Abys: an ocean inspired design
The artist Abys's work is dominated by marine motifs and vivid colour compositions. His design on the board reflects the depth of the ocean: colours and shapes create a hypnotic visual effect that fits naturally into the world of water sports. This is a limited edition model, and each board is a unique art platform made for the water.
2LF Fusion double layer technology
The JBAY Abys SUP board is built with 2LF Fusion technology: two laminated PVC Drop-Stitch layers are joined by heat welding with no glue. This construction is up to 25% lighter than traditional glued technology while keeping high stiffness and durability. The board weighs 14 kg, and the recommended inflation pressure is 18–20 PSI (1.24–1.37 bar).
Stable and versatile profile
With an 81 cm width and 304 litre volume, the JBAY Abys SUP board is in the Advanced All Around category: very good stability and versatility. The three fin system (a centre Slide and 2 fixed side fins) gives good manoeuvrability and course holding. Maximum load capacity: 145 kg. The board converts to a kayak with a seat that is bought separately.
