The NRS Neutron XL is a single-person self-bailing inflatable packraft for technical paddling on fast water and for a heavier load of paddler and gear.
✔ Vertex Pro outfitting system: thigh straps and a backband help you steer more precisely
✔ Self-bailing floor: any water that gets in is constantly drained
✔ TIZIP SuperSeal storage: gear is carried inside the protected hull
✔ 181.5 kg recommended capacity: more room for the paddler and cargo
NRS Neutron XL Single-Person Self-Bailing Packraft is made for experienced paddlers who plan more technical river routes and want more space than the standard size offers. The 251 cm long hull and up to 181.5 kg recommended total load give more room for a larger paddler or trip cargo. The ready-to-paddle model weighs 5.71 kg.
Built for fast waterThe self-bailing floor drains out any water that gets in, while the Vertex Pro three-point thigh straps and backband help transfer your movement to the boat more precisely. This equipment is for better control, but it doesn't replace training and proper personal protective gear.
Durable material and internal storage
The Neutron XL tubes are made of 210D nylon and the bottom of 840D nylon, and both materials are TPU-coated on both sides. There is no PVC in the construction. The TIZIP SuperSeal zip at the stern lets you distribute trip gear inside the tubes and free up space on the deck.
More room in the XL sizeThe XL length and width give more interior space and cargo volume. Pack cargo in suitable inner bags and distribute it symmetrically so the boat stays stable and predictable.
Who is the NRS Neutron XL for?
The Neutron XL suits experienced paddlers who run faster water, travel for longer or want more room. For lighter calm-lake routes the Aster is a better fit, and for versatile trips on calm and faster water the Pulsar is worth choosing. Before paddling, assess your skills, the water conditions and the total load.

What's included and safe use
The kit includes the packraft, a seat, a Vertex Pro backband with a throw rope and bag, Vertex Pro three-point thigh straps, an inflation bag, an inflation tube and a repair kit. In hot weather check the air pressure, and after paddling wash the product and dry it completely.
Before a more technical route, we recommend adjusting the supports on calm water, getting familiar with packing the internal storage and checking all your gear. This helps you keep the cargo orderly and react faster when conditions change.
