Your body is covered by waterproof, breathable Eclipse fabric, and instead of latex the neck has a soft GlideSkin neoprene seal. It doesn't squeeze, so you don't need to take the suit off even at the lunch break.

Construction and details

Front TIZIP zipper
The zip runs diagonally across the chest. It is watertight and airtight and withstands pressure. Because it's at the front, you can put the suit on and zip it up yourself.

Wrist gaskets and cuffs
The wrists are sealed with latex, and a neoprene cuff goes over it to protect the gasket from abrasion. The cuffs and the neck have mesh openings that drain any trapped water.

Chest pocket
One pocket is protected from spray and positioned for easy use with a life jacket. It holds small items.

Waist belt with buckle
There is a buckled belt at the waist. Use it to cinch the suit at the waist to fit you.

Relief zipper
The TIZIP relief zip is covered by a protective flap. No need to take the suit off.

Ankles and socks
The legs taper towards the ankle and have an elastic band and silicone grippers inside, so they don't ride up. The inner ankle has a Cordura patch against abrasion. Eclipse socks protect your feet.

How to choose the size of the NRS Explorer suit

The NRS size chart shows body measurements, not suit measurements. Measure your height, chest, waist and hips, then compare them with the chart. The fit is relaxed, so warm layers fit underneath. The model in the manufacturer's photos is 176 cm tall and wears size L. The chart lists all the manufacturer's sizes; we stock S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Zip care
NRS recommends cleaning and lubricating the zips regularly. That way the suit stays dry longer.
