Construction and details

Short sleeves
The sleeves end above the elbow. The neoprene covers your torso and shoulders, while your forearms stay free. This way your body overheats less when it's sunny but the water is cold.

Back and underarms
NRS Rashguard fabric panels are sewn in under the arms. They let moisture and air out better, so you sweat less while paddling. The photo shows the back of the shirt and the cut of the sleeves.

Close fit
The shirt fits close to the body. The smaller the gap between neoprene and skin, the less water gets in and the longer the warmth lasts. The cut is shaped for paddling, so your arms move freely.

Pull-over design
There is no zip, you pull the shirt on over your head. Flat seams don't rub the skin, so it's comfortable worn directly against the body, under a paddling jacket, or with HydroSkin pants or shorts.

How to choose the size of the NRS HydroSkin 0.5 shirt

The NRS size chart shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure your chest, waist and hips, then compare with the chart. The shirt should fit snugly, as this lets less water get underneath. In the manufacturer's photos, models who are 185 cm and 188 cm tall wear size L.
