NRS Vertex three point thigh straps for a packraft

NRS Vertex three point thigh straps for a packraft are adjustable three-point thigh straps for a firmer connection to the packraft and better control. This NRS packraft accessory helps you fit the position to your leg length and paddling style. Before buying, check compatibility with your packraft and its attachment points, as different models may come with a different base setup.

Lighter control accessory
The Vertex three-point thigh straps are NRS's minimalist solution that adds extra contact with the packraft. The EVA foam padding helps you place the contact more comfortably without loading up the setup.

Adjustment and replaceability

Three-point adjustment lets you fit the straps to different users. The aluminum hardware is designed for NRS packrafts, and the loop strap attachment makes swapping easier. The straps are compatible with the NRS Vertex Outfitting system if the packraft has the required attachment points.

Proper adjustment
Adjust the straps so they help you control the packraft but don't get in the way of a safe exit. Before paddling, check all buckle and strap connections.

Who is it for?

This accessory suits packraft users who want more control and have a packraft compatible with the Vertex system. It is sold separately, so it shouldn't be treated as part of the packraft's base kit unless the manufacturer of your specific model says otherwise. Before fitting or using it, read the manufacturer's instructions and check that the part is undamaged.

Use and care

After use, wash off sand and mud, and check the webbing stitching and buckles. Don't use damaged straps, as this can affect a safe exit and your control. After use we recommend rinsing it with fresh water, drying it fully and storing it in a dry place. Regular inspection helps you spot wear, damaged attachments or built-up dirt in time.

This is the lighter version of the Vertex thigh straps, suited to when you want adjustable control without bulky padding.

Before every trip, take a few minutes to check the condition of the fittings, straps and material. This habit helps you use the accessory as intended and avoid nasty surprises on the trip.
