Construction and details

Full-length front zip
The jacket closes with a durable YKK zip. Wet neoprene is easier to put on and take off when it opens all the way. In the evening, zip it up to the neck, and during the day you can open it to cool down.

Shoulders and sleeves
The jacket is cut for paddlers. The shoulder and sleeve panels are joined with flat seams that don't restrict movement or chafe the skin. Colourful shoulder panels show on the back.

Close fit
The jacket fits close to the body, so less water gets underneath. Your body quickly warms that small amount of water, and the neoprene holds the heat.

The base is 1.5 mm Terraprene neoprene. The outer fabric is bonded with a water-based adhesive containing titanium particles. The titanium reflects body heat back, so the jacket keeps you warmer than neoprene alone. On the outside is 6 oz nylon and spandex fabric that stretches well and absorbs less water.

The NRS size chart shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure your chest, waist, hips and sleeve length, then compare them with the chart. The jacket should fit close to your body: that way less water gets underneath and it keeps you warmer. The model in the manufacturer's photos is 165 cm tall and wears size M.
