Construction and details

Snap-Tap modular connector
The Kingfisher Solo consists of a front and rear module, which are connected using the patented Snap-Tap system. It takes seconds to connect and disassemble. Each module is 166 cm long, so it fits in most cars, and at home it can be stored under the bed or taken in a lift.

Trimaran hull
The trimaran hull provides stability, even though the kayak is only 79 cm wide. The narrower hull makes it faster and easier to maintain course, making it convenient to swim to a distant fishing spot.

Double steering wheel
The Kingfisher has two rudders on either side of the hull. They are hand-operated, making it easy to turn the kayak even in tight spaces.

GameChair seat
The seat has multiple adjustment settings, so the position can be adapted to the type and length of fishing. Combined with the stable body and well-placed mounting rails, it makes for a comfortable platform for long fishing sessions.

ImpulseDrive ready
The kayak has a slot for the ImpulseDrive pedal drive. The drive is inserted into the slot and propels the kayak forward and backward with the power of your feet, leaving your hands free for fishing. It is easy and simple to use. The drive is not included in the kit.

Ready for fishing
The kayak has multiple mounting rails and rods for holders and fishing accessories. The front and rear luggage hatches accommodate equipment and supplies.

What does a 130 kg load capacity mean?
The maximum load capacity of the Kingfisher Solo is 130 kg. This figure includes the weight of the paddler and all equipment carried. The weight of the kayak itself is 32 kg and is not included in the load capacity.
For example, an 85 kg paddler and 15 kg of equipment make up 100 kg, leaving 30 kg of spare weight. A 105 kg paddler with 20 kg of fishing equipment makes up 125 kg, which is close to the limit. The manufacturer does not publish an optimal load range.
Who is the Point 65 Kingfisher Solo good for?
✓ For anglers who want to fish standing up in calm waters
✓ For those who don't have space for a long kayak or trailer
✓ For those living in an apartment where the kayak needs to be carried by elevator
✓ For fishermen who later want to sail in pairs, after purchasing the middle module
✓ For those traveling by car to different lakes and rivers
The Kingfisher Solo is designed for fishing in calm waters, but requires additional equipment when sailing in open or rough waters.
