Railblaza Gear Hub: a storage box and rod station in one

Railblaza Gear Hub is a portable fishing storage box that can stand in a kayak's rear well, a boat or on the shore. Inside it holds eight Plano 3600 tackle boxes, and four internal holders keep rods upright. Nine integrated tracks let you add Railblaza rod holders, a RodStow, a StowPod or a cup holder.

Design and use

Everything in one place
Eight Plano 3600 boxes stand inside, so your lures are organised and reachable in one motion. The lid closes to protect against spray and sun, and you can sit on it when fishing from the shore.

On a kayak
The Gear Hub sits in the kayak's rear well and is tied down through the tie down points. Four rods stand upright behind you, and the tracks let you mount extra holders or storage boxes.

On the shore and in a boat
With its handles the box is easy to carry to the shore or place in a boat. Rubber feet stop it sliding on the deck. The body is polypropylene and the screws are stainless steel.

The Railblaza system

Railblaza makes its accessories in New Zealand and uses UV stabilised, glass reinforced plastics that do not rust, do not fade in the sun and suit salt water. Most Railblaza accessories connect to each other, so you can build up your gear gradually without replacing what is already installed.

Care

After fishing in saltwater, rinse the accessory with fresh water and let it dry. Check the moving parts from time to time for trapped sand. If the accessory is not used for a long time, store it in the shade.
