YakAttack Surface Mounted Retractor

YakAttack Surface Mounted Retractor lets you tether tools and gear in your kayak without bulky leashes or floats. Inside is a genuine T-Reign retractor mechanism with a 91 cm Kevlar cord. The holder mounts directly on the kayak surface, and the screws you need are included.

Design and installation

How it works
Attach pliers, a knife or another tool to the leash. In use the cord pulls out to 91 cm, and when released it retracts so the tool stays in its place. That way it does not fall into the water or get tangled underfoot.

Installation
Blunt-tipped thread-forming screws are included. Use them to screw the holder directly to the surface of a rotomoulded or thermoformed kayak.
