✓ Taped seams – water stays outside, heat stays inside

✓ Flexible brim – protects eyes from sun and water droplets
✓ Strap without buckle – stretchy, comfortable and easy to put on with gloves
✓ Only about 85 g – the hat is light and does not restrict movement
Construction and details

Sturdy, flexible spout
A sturdy but flexible visor sits above the forehead. It shields your eyes from the sun and keeps water from dripping into your eyes as you paddle through the spray.

Chin strap without buckle
The hat is held in place by an elastic chin strap that doesn't have a buckle. You simply pull it under your chin, making it easy to put on and take off, even with gloves on.
VaporLoft lining
Inside is a quick-drying VaporLoft checkered lining. It adds warmth and comfort. In the morning, when you put on the hat, there is no longer that damp, cold feeling that makes you shiver.

How to choose the size of your NRS Storm hat
Measure your head circumference above your eyebrows and ears, then compare to the NRS chart. The cap should fit snugly. If you wear it under a helmet, the thicker neoprene may require a larger helmet size.

|---|---|
| S | 51-55 |
| M | 55-58 |
| L | 58-62 |
Who is the NRS Storm hat suitable for?
✓ For kayakers and canoeists in spring, autumn and winter
✓ For rafting participants in cold river water
✓ For SUP paddlers on cold days
✓ For those who need a warm hat but don't need to cover their neck
How is it different from the NRS Storm hood? The hat covers the head and ears, while the hood also covers the neck and has an adjustable face opening. If you are often underwater, choose the hood. If you need a lighter solution, a hat will suffice.
The NRS Storm Hat is a simple way to protect your head from the cold on the water. VAKA Sport is the official NRS representative in the Baltics, and this hat comes with a 24-month warranty.
