Baltic Mako automatic life jacket

Baltic Mako Auto 165N inflatable lifejacket

The Baltic Mako Auto is a compact 165N inflatable lifejacket with an automatic activation mechanism. It inflates automatically on contact with water, so it works even when the wearer is unconscious or cannot activate it themselves. The model was developed together with experienced anglers and has a shorter cut.

How does automatic activation work?

The Mako Auto uses an automatic United Moulders activator that triggers on contact with water. The mechanism fires a 33 g CO2 cylinder and the lifejacket inflates within seconds. You can also activate it manually or inflate it by mouth. An inspection window with green indicators lets you quickly check that the lifejacket is ready for use.
