NRS Titanium Co-Pilot is a compact fixed blade rescue knife with a titanium blade. It is the same popular Co-Pilot shape, only adapted for salt water. Key benefits of the NRS Titanium Co-Pilot
✓ Titanium alloy blade – corrosion resistant in any water
✓ 71 g with sheath – one of the lightest NRS rescue knives
✓ Combination edge – reverse curve serrations for tough fibres
✓ Blunt tip and asymmetric shape – safer work in a tight rescue situation
✓ Thumbs Up sheath – low profile, opens with one thumb movement
✓ Scuba tank valve wrench – built into the centre of the handle
Construction and details
Titanium blade
The titanium alloy does not rust at sea, so you do not have to keep protecting the knife from salt. The blade is partly serrated: a plain section for precise cuts, and reverse curve serrations that quickly cut rope or a strap. Jimping on the spine keeps your thumb from slipping.
Thumbs Up sheath
The glass reinforced polypropylene sheath attaches firmly to a life jacket lash tab. The knife releases with one thumb movement. At the end of the handle there is a lanyard hole so you do not lose the knife in the waves.
Handle for wet hands
The glass reinforced polypropylene handle is rubber coated and holds well in wet hands. A scuba tank valve wrench is built into the centre.

How does the Titanium Co-Pilot differ from the standard Co-Pilot?
The shape, dimensions and sheath are the same. The blade material differs: NRS Co-Pilot has a 420 HC steel blade for fresh water, while the Titanium Co-Pilot has a titanium blade that does not rust at sea. The titanium version is also 28 g lighter.
If the sheath loosens over time, tighten the small screw under the NRS logo with a #6 Torx key. Do not use other screwdrivers: you will damage the screw head, and such damage is not covered by the warranty.
