YakAttack GTSL90 is a black polymer track for a kayak that screws onto the deck surface. The profile is the same as the GT90, so the same track hardware and the same mounts fit, but the manufacturer rates it for light to medium duty accessories. In practice it is a cheaper way to equip a kayak where the track holds a phone, camera mount or a single rod rather than a whole fish finder setup.

What is in the box
The track comes with a full mounting kit: stainless steel screws, nuts and washers to match the number of holes. Nothing else to buy apart from a drill bit for the pilot holes. It is the same kit as in the more expensive GT90 series.

The screws go right through the hull and are tightened with nuts on the inside, so the holding force is carried by metal, not plastic. If the hull wall is thin or access from the inside is difficult, the manufacturer offers a separate FullBack backing plate that spreads the load over a larger area. It fits this series.

How it looks on a kayak
Once installed, the track stays low and black, so it is less visible on the deck than a silver one. An accessory slides in from the end of the track and tightens wherever you want it. Next time you can slide it along or remove it, and the track stays on the kayak.

What to mount on it
All YakAttack accessories that mount on a track fit, including LockNLoad rail base and the mounts that go with it. Because this series is made for lighter loads, choose the GT90 for a heavy fish finder screen or for two rods at the same time. For a phone, camera, cup holder or a single rod, the GTSL90 is enough.
